Larry Charns is the Raleigh Branch Manager for Stockton Turner L.L.C., a leader in the mortgage banking and brokerage industry. He has been in real estate and mortgage banking for 16 years.

Dick is the Public Information Officer for the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts in Raleigh.

After spending over ten years as a police officer, Eric is now a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Advantage in Cary. He also serves as the Broker in Charge of Weaver Property Managment, and as the manager of Weaver Communications, a firm specializing in two-way radio service.

Eric is the 2010 Republican candidate for NC House in District 35.

 

Duties of Club Officers

Chairman: The Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the club, supervise the activities of the club, and perform all other duties incidental to the office. 

Vice Chairman: A Vice Chairman may be elected to fill the duties of the Chairman when he is absent or when the Chairman is expected to resign in the immediate future at which time he will assume automatically the title of Chairman until the next election.

Treasurer: The Treasurer shall collect and pay out all club funds as directed by the Chairman. He shall deposit such funds in a depository designated by the Chairman and shall keep accounts thereof open at all times to inspection. He shall render accounts of the transactions and of the financial condition of the club at all meetings. 

Secretary: The secretary shall be responsible for taking minutes at all meetings of the club and submit a copy of minutes to the Chairman. He shall perform other secretarial duties as directed by the Chairman. 

Chaplain: The chaplain shall lead the group in prayer before the main program of our monthly meetings commences.
